What is Refreshed IT? 

A technology strategy and web-development service I created to research and integrate best-in-class web-tools into complete collaboration-enabled website portals (web 2.0).  Refreshed IT would therefore create a collaboration portal that would integrate all leading edge collaborative web technologies such as:

1.  Personal, Company and Organization Websites (Product showcase, social networking, blogging & forums)
2.  Business Operations and Websites (E-commerce, customer service, presentations, account access)
3.  Internal Communications Websites (Busienss management, team collaboration, contact management, project management)

This vertically integrates all business communications and functions into an on-line accessible environment that gives individuals and companies freedom to work from anywhere in the world, while keeping all aspects of their work organized, secure, and easily accessible to anyone involved – inside or outside the organization.

We accomplish this using a robust and proven open-source content management system, collectively developed by a team of over 200,000 community web designers and software developers.  The system has already been used by thousands of websites around the world since 2000, including Harvard University, Citibank, Music Television (MTV), and the U.S. government.
